Dear Mahatma: There’s an obvious speed trap in west Little Rock on Napa Valley Drive. The police set up north of St. Charles Boulevard. It’s impossible to start at St. Charles and let the car go on its own, and not get over the speed limit. You must be on the brake much of the time. Aren’t there other areas that need regulating more than this, and who is going to pay for my brake repairs? — Smoking Brakes.
