Dear Mahatma: Almost seven years ago it was announced that U.S. 63 from the Turrell exit of Interstate 55 to Jonesboro would be upgraded to interstate status. New overpasses were built, frontage roads constructed, fences put up. But the highway is still U.S. 63, not Interstate 555. Why? — Affected Landowner.
